We were driving east on State Road 92 (the one coming from I-15 into Highland) about 6:50 this evening when we came over a hill and saw a line of cars coming toward us ON OUR SIDE OF THE ROAD!
Don started honking and one by one they moved back over the DOUBLE YELLOW LINE to their own side of the road. A bit scary.
Then we realized they probably couldn't tell where they were supposed to be. To us it was obvious, but we had the sun behind us. They were facing into the sun and with all the construction going on with lines painted and sandblasted, the person in the first car probably couldn't see where they were supposed to be the others just followed.
We're okay. They are okay. All is well. But it was kind of scary at the time.
